โครงการปรับปรุงสำนักงาน CJworx ที่ตึก AIA สาทร

เพื่อรองรับรูปแบบการทำงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปและการเชื่อมโยงกับคนทั่วโลก CJworx ได้ปรับปรุงพื้นที่ทำงานดั้งเดิมที่ตึก AIA สาทร ให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่สำนักงานใหม่ที่มีความยืดหยุ่น เปิดโล่ง และส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกัน ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงวิถีการทำงานที่สร้างสรรค์และทันสมัยของบริษัท

วัตถุประสงค์ของการปรับปรุง

วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการปรับพื้นที่การทำงานแบบเดิมให้เป็นพื้นที่การทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นและเปิดโล่ง เพื่อส่งเสริมบรรยากาศแบบ

Co-working ที่เน้นการทำงานร่วมกัน การออกแบบได้รวมเอาบาร์กาแฟที่ชื่อ "Ignite" เป็นจุดเชื่อมโยงหลักที่ทำให้พื้นที่ต่างๆ ในสำนักงานเข้าด้วยกันอย่างลงตัว

ความท้าทายในการออกแบบ

การปรับปรุงนี้มีความท้าทายในการทำให้พื้นที่ที่มีรูปแบบเดิมสองส่วนแตกต่างกัน สามารถผสมผสานกันได้อย่างลงตัว ส่วนต้อนรับเดิมมีการตกแต่งที่ค่อนข้างมากและมีฝ้าเปิดโล่ง ในขณะที่พื้นที่ทำงานดั้งเดิมอีกครึ่งหนึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ทำงานแบบมาตรฐานที่เจ้าของโครงการต้องการเก็บไว้เพื่อประหยัดงบประมาณและลดระยะเวลาในการปรับปรุง

แนวคิดการออกแบบที่สร้างสรรค์

การออกแบบได้สร้างสรรค์ธีม "Terminal" หรือสถานีเดินทาง เพื่อเปลี่ยนพื้นที่ให้เป็นเหมือนสถานีการเดินทางที่สะท้อนถึงการทำงานในยุคปัจจุบัน ที่พนักงานสามารถทำงานได้จากทุกที่ในโลก และสอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มของการทำงานระยะไกลหรือ Digital Nomad ในยุคนี้

CJworx Office Renovation Project at AIA Sathorn

To align with the evolving dynamics of global connectivity, CJworx has transformed its traditional office space at AIA Sathorn into a flexible, open, and collaborative environment that mirrors the company's innovative work style.

Purpose of Renovation

The primary goal was to revamp the existing workspace into a flexible and open layout that facilitates a co-working space environment. This new design promotes collaboration and adaptability, which are essential for modern workflows. The integration of a coffee bar, named "Ignite," serves as the central hub, seamlessly connecting different zones within the office.

Design Challenges

The renovation presented a unique challenge: harmonizing two distinct areas within the existing office. The original reception area was heavily decorated with an open ceiling concept, while the other half consisted of standard workspaces that the project owners preferred to keep intact to save on costs and reduce renovation time.

Innovative Solution

The design solution embraced a "Terminal" theme, transforming the space into a dynamic station-like environment. This concept reflects the modern trend of remote work and digital nomadism, creating a setting where employees can feel like they are embarking on a journey from anywhere in the world.
